Project Summary

MCS International LLC successfully implemented the 50 MW Wind Power Plant Project as the EPC contractor in Tsogttsetsii Soum of Umnugovi Province.

Within the scope of the project, 2 MW wind turbines were installed, along with a 35 kV cable network to transmit the generated electricity, a 110/35 kV substation equipped with a full SCADA system, and a 110 kV overhead transmission line connecting to the Tavantolgoi substation.

Environmental benefits of the project include:

  • Reduction of 120,000 tons of coal consumption annually
  • Saving 1.6 million tons of water
  • Reduction of CO₂ emissions by 180,000 tons per year

This project contributes significantly to clean energy generation and environmental sustainability in the region.
