Scope of Work
- Steam and hot water boiler facilities
- Carbon dioxide production plant
- External pipeline and landscaping works
Project Summary
This project was implemented jointly by MCS Coca-Cola and MCS International LLC to convert coal-fired boilers into environmentally friendly, gas-fired boilers.
As a result of the project, approximately 7,000 tons of raw coal consumption per year were eliminated, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.
The existing boilers at the plant were replaced or newly installed with modern, high-efficiency equipment, ensuring the supply of steam, hot water, and carbon dioxide necessary for production, while contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
Additionally, the project serves as a best example for modernization of coal-fired boilers in factories and enterprises not connected to centralized heating systems.
