Project Summary

The Sainshand Wind Park, located in the Sainshand area of Dornogobi Province, is a 55 MW renewable energy facility consisting of 25 wind turbines, each with a generation capacity of 2.2 MW. The project aims to expand and strengthen Mongolia’s power generation infrastructure with sustainable and environmentally friendly energy.

MCS International LLC successfully completed the full design and construction of the project’s 110 kV overhead transmission line and substation.

The Sainshand Wind Park generates clean electricity sufficient to supply more than 100,000 households annually, delivering the following environmental benefits:

• 222,200 tons of CO₂ emissions reduced per year
• 1.97 million m³ of clean water saved annually
• 78,416 tons of coal consumption avoided each year
