Project Summary

Under the coal beneficiation plant project at Ukhaa Khudag mine, located in Tsogttsetsii soum of Umnugovi province, MCS International LLC successfully performed the role of client supervision.

This coal beneficiation plant is the first large-scale processing facility in Mongolia built with private sector investment. It is equipped with fully automated, high-capacity machinery and equipment that meet international standards, sourced from Australia, the USA, and China.

Through coal beneficiation and processing, the final product becomes competitive in the international market, enabling the production of value-added products suitable for export. This project not only enhances the economic benefits of the mine but also represents a strategically significant milestone for Mongolia’s mining sector, setting new standards in technological advancement and industrial production.
