Project Summary

MCS International LLC participated as a contractor within a consortium formed with Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Japan, for a modernization project aimed at improving the efficiency of boilers and extending the service life of mill components at Ulaanbaatar TPC-4.

The project included the installation of ash blowers on the boilers, upgrading mill components, and enhancing stairs and platforms to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and reduce maintenance costs. As a result of the modernization, boiler efficiency increased and the operational lifespan of mill components was extended, contributing significantly to the reliable and efficient operation of the plant.
